Dario is a hard rock pasta Heaven. While the patrons, servers and chefs are decades younger and infinitely hipper than me, I don't give a rip. I would enter a bat cave for this pasta. We returned on a cold and icy Sunday night at the end of March. After our wine and booze requests, my wife and I ordered three pastas; the short rib polenta agnolotti, the Parmesan tortellini, and the award winning Doppio. Our favorite was the short rib polenta agnolotti, but the Doppio is the culinary masterpiece. Next time I'll tell them to hold the honey on the Doppio. I don't enjoy sweet sauce or pasta. I'm cantankerous and old. Sweet is conflictive. Our preference will always be for the Paccheri pasta, but it wasn't on the menu. That devastated me, but I took it in stride. Interestingly, five minutes after we sat down, the bar emptied out. The young and cool don't like old people. Tough crap. I'm eating this pasta. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Oh, it was refreshing to see groups of women in burkas enjoying Dario. That's remarkable and bravo to Dario.

Fresh pasta??? It's a yes! Small menu with unique dishes and each and every ingredient treated so special and put together in a way that each dish will excite your taste buds! John our waiter was so attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and the history of the space. The interior is vibrant with bright inviting colors and the vibe is electric and trendy. The tables are situated close together which can be an issue for some but I made it an opportunity to make new friends! LOL I loved everything about Dario and I can't wait to come back!

Finally dined at Dario and it did not disappoint. There were 3 of us that split 3 pastas, 1 appetizer, 1 dessert and we each had 1 cocktail. The total cost was around $190. Overall great flavor especially the dopio pasta that comes with 6 pieces. If that's all you order you'll be hungry! lol but we ordered a few and left super stuffed. Great flavor across all the pastas. Some were sweet and others were mildly spicy. It's a nice vibe inside too and I love the small booth seating and the wrap around bar. Our server gave great recommendations and made it a great experience.

This was a great spot to celebrate something or simply treating yourself to a great meal. We started with the grilled cabbage which is an absolute must order! Love the flavors on this and perfect way to sneak some veggies in As for the pastas, we ordered the Doppio & spicy rigatoni. The Doppio was my favorite as it was a unique blend of savory with a hint of sweetness. The spicy rigatoni was okay, enjoyed the sauce but the pasta was a bit to Al dente for me. We also tried semifreddo dessert and it was beautifully plated but very citrus forward. The service was good and the ambiance was lovely. Overall, we had a good experience here. As far as parking, they do have a ramp nearby as well as some spots in the front.

Went here for a romantic evening with the husband. They seated us 15 minutes after our reservation which wasn't the best of starts. Our server Maddy was very kind and attentive. We tried the potatoes and broccolini to start. Potatoes were cooked amazing, but needed some salt. The broccolini was fabulous! We also has the Doppio which was sweet and delicious! The Braised Duck Risotto was a special they added to the menu and was really rich! Finished off with the steak which was beautiful and way bigger than we thought it would be! Lots of NA drink options including NA wines. We did the valet which ended up having a lot of hidden fees. ~$19 before tip, but it was super convenient. The restaurant is in a beautiful office building.

Great food, friendly service and a good place for a first date or an anniversary! Such a nice place tucked away in North Washington Ave behind an (ahem) adult club. Contemporary decor, nice cocktails (and yes, a full bar!), and good desserts! This is a place worth trying and for us, definitely coming back!

I had been wanting to check out Dario solely for their pink aesthetic. They are frequently booked up so I would recommend making a reservation in advance! We ordered the cheesy bread and I got the wild mushroom Pasta. It was very delicious and we also shared a bottle of wine! I would say 7/10 for the pasta, the flavor was amazing but some of the noodles were a little hard. Service was ok, not as top notch as I'd like for how much you are spending there.
